Two-Volume Residential House – A Cozy and Functional Space Designed for Wellbeing

This two-volume house, approximately 160 square metres, is designed with a strong focus on residents’ wellbeing and comfort. The project is grounded in a thorough site analysis, allowing the house to blend harmoniously with its natural surroundings and evoke a sense of peace and balance.

The two separate volumes are united into a cohesive and comfortable living space, where private (rest) and communal zones are clearly defined. This layout helps maintain tranquility, reduces stress, and supports mental wellbeing.

Natural materials – wood and brick – are used in the construction, ensuring thermal comfort, structural strength, and creating a cozy and healthy indoor environment.

The house is also adapted for deaf residents – with clear spatial organization and comfortable circulation, ensuring safety and effective visual communication for all family members.

This two-volume home is a modern, sustainable, and inclusive solution that promotes wellbeing, harmony, and a supportive atmosphere for daily life.
