An Aesthetic and Innovative Residential House in a Mountainous Area near Valencia

I design aesthetic and innovative residential homes that respond sensitively to their environmental context and the needs of contemporary living. This bespoke project is being developed in a mountainous area near Valencia, where the forms of nature, light, and terrain become integral elements of the architectural composition.

The residential space spans 200 m², complemented by garage and workshop areas (60 m²). The overall building structure is organised with clarity and functionality, carefully considering resident comfort, zoning of work areas, and the natural topography of the landscape.

The architectural expression is minimalist, yet robust and conceptual. The construction features prefabricated concrete, steel, and natural wood, ensuring the building's durability, sustainability, and aesthetic quality. Clean lines and the harmony of natural materials give the architecture a timeless character.

Sustainable energy solutions are fully integrated – including solar energy systems, and passive light and heat control methods – to ensure energy efficiency, lower operational costs, and ecological responsibility.

This project is a statement of how contemporary architecture can be not only functional, but also emotionally engaging, inspiring, and capable of forming a meaningful connection between people, space, and landscape.
